Appointments
All visits are scheduled by appointment only. New patients are accepted on a limited basis to ensure continuity and a high level of individualized care.
Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 24–48 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to the full session fee. This policy is in place to respect both your time and the reserved clinical time dedicated to your care.
Arrival
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving late may result in a shortened session in order to honor the schedule of other patients.

Insurance
